01 Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of uloveoffice.com and all tools, calculators, templates, and content made available on it (together, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated under license by Al Adan Trading LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

02 Description of service

ULoveOffice brings together everyday productivity tools in one place so you can complete common tasks without switching between apps or paying for software you'll use once. The Platform currently includes, among others:

• PDF tools (convert, merge, split, compress, edit, and more)
• Word and Excel document tools
• Image conversion and editing tools
• AI-assisted document processing tools
• Business calculators (e.g., payroll, VAT, profit-margin, and similar calculations)
• UAE-specific business templates (e.g., salary certificates, FTA-compliant invoices and quotations)
• Business, HR, and productivity articles

We may add, modify, or remove tools and content at any time, as described in Section 13.

03 No account required

As of the date of these Terms, ULoveOffice does not require you to register, create an account, or log in to use the tools on the Platform. You are not required to provide personal information to convert, edit, or generate documents.

We reserve the right to introduce optional or required accounts, and free, credit-based, or paid subscription tiers, at any time in the future. If we do, updated terms specific to those features will apply going forward.

04 Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Upload or process files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to process.
• Use the Platform to generate documents intended to mislead, defraud, or impersonate another person or entity (for example, falsified certificates or invoices).
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems, including through scraping, bots, or automated abuse of tools.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform, except where permitted by law.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable UAE law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access for use that violates this section, as described in Section 14.

05 Your files & content

You retain all ownership rights to the files, documents, and data you upload or generate using the Platform ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of performing the tool function you requested (e.g., converting or compressing a file).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process Your Content. Files are automatically deleted from our servers on a short rolling basis after processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

06 Intellectual property

Except for Your Content, all content on the Platform — including its design, layout, source code, tool functionality, templates, articles, logos, and the ULoveOffice name — is the property of Al Adan Trading LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this content without prior written permission, other than downloading tool outputs and templates for your own personal or business use.

07 Calculators & templates disclaimer

Business calculators, salary certificate generators, invoice and quotation templates, and similar tools are provided for general convenience and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

• We make reasonable efforts to keep UAE-related templates and calculators (including FTA-related formats) aligned with publicly available guidance, but regulations can change, and we do not guarantee that any output is fully compliant, current, or suitable for your specific situation.
• You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and, where appropriate, having a qualified professional confirm any document or calculation before relying on it for official, legal, or financial purposes.

08 Articles & blog content

Articles and guides published on the Platform are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind. We aim for accuracy at the time of publication but do not warrant that content remains up to date, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional guidance.

09 Third-party links & advertising

The Platform may display advertisements (including through Google AdSense) and links to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers. Interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and that third party.

10 Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

11 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Al Adan Trading LLC and ULoveOffice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Al Adan Trading LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13 Availability & changes to service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, feature, or part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including introducing usage limits, credit-based access, or paid subscription tiers in the future. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Platform or its tools.

14 Suspension & termination

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the Platform for any user or IP address that we reasonably believe is violating these Terms, attempting to abuse the service, or engaging in unlawful activity, without prior notice.

15 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our tools, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
