01 Who we are

ULoveOffice (the "Platform", "we", "us") is an online productivity platform offering document conversion, editing, and generation tools (including PDF, Word, Excel, and image utilities), business calculators, UAE-specific business templates, and informational articles, all accessible at uloveoffice.com.

ULoveOffice is owned and operated under license by Al Adan Trading LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. References in this policy to "we," "our," or "us" mean Al Adan Trading LLC acting through the ULoveOffice platform.

02 Information we collect

Because ULoveOffice does not currently require registration or login, we do not hold user accounts, passwords, or profile data. The information we do collect falls into three categories:

a. Information you provide directly

• Files you upload to use a tool (e.g., a PDF to convert, an image to resize) — see Section 3.
• Details you enter into calculators, templates, or generators (e.g., figures typed into a salary certificate template). This data is processed in your session to produce your output and is treated the same as file content under Section 3.
• Information you submit through a contact form or email, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message.

b. Information collected automatically

• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring/exit pages, and general (city/country-level) location inferred from IP address.
• Log data generated by our hosting and security infrastructure to keep the Platform running and secure.

c. Information from cookies and similar technologies

03 Your files & uploads

When you use a conversion, editing, or generation tool, the file or data you provide is transmitted to our servers solely to perform the requested task (for example, converting a Word document to PDF).

• We do not review, read, or manually inspect the content of your files.
• We do not use the content of your files to train AI models or share it with advertisers.
• Uploaded files and generated outputs are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers no more than 1 hour after upload, whether or not you complete or download the result.
• You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any output file, since files are not stored for later retrieval.

04 Cookies & tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and pixels) to operate the Platform, understand how it's used, and support the free, ad-funded model that lets us avoid charging for basic tools.

When you first visit the Platform, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your choice by category (Analytics, Advertising). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work; blocking advertising cookies will not stop ads from appearing, but may make them less relevant to you.

05 Advertising & Google AdSense

ULoveOffice is free to use and is supported in part by advertising served through Google AdSense.

• Google and its partners use cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
• We do not control the specific ads shown by Google's network and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of advertisers or linked third-party sites.

06 How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the tools, templates, and calculators on the Platform.
• To diagnose technical problems and protect against abuse, fraud, and security threats.
• To understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., which tools are most popular) so we can prioritize development.
• To serve and measure advertising through Google AdSense, as described in Section 5.
• To respond to messages you send us directly.

07 Sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers who host the Platform, process files, or provide analytics and security services, bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
• Advertising partners (Google AdSense) as described in Section 5.
• Authorities, where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or governmental request under UAE law.
• A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the same privacy commitments described here.

08 Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted internal access, and automatic file deletion — to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

09 Data retention

• Uploaded files and tool outputs: deleted automatically within 1 hour, as described in Section 3.
• Server and analytics logs: retained for a limited period for security and performance analysis, then deleted or anonymized.
• Contact-form or email correspondence: retained only as long as needed to handle your query and comply with any applicable legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

10 Children's privacy

ULoveOffice is intended for general and business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11 Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing (including ad personalization, see Section 5). Because we do not maintain user accounts, most of the personal data we process is transient (files and technical logs) rather than stored profiles.

UAE residents may also exercise rights available under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 14.

12 International transfers

Our infrastructure and service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and advertising partners) may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure information continues to be protected consistently with this policy.

13 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, tools, or applicable law — including if we introduce optional accounts or paid subscription tiers in the future. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform.
